Postage & Collection

Collection - now available 

You can now collect your Items from 140 Wellington Road, Dunston, Due to the nature of collection unfortunately pay-pal, Apple pay, Google pay or Amazon pay is not supported and if any of these payment methods are used you will not have the option to collect. Any questions please feel free to contact me, all details on contact us page.

All orders will usually be ready to collect in 24 to 48 hours, depending on your order if you have asked for items to be gift wrapped and or personalised it may take 2 to 4 days for your order to be ready. Please supply your email address and I will contact you after receipt of your order to let you know how long the order will take to be completed and organise day and time of collection. 

Postage

All my postage is sent out within 1 - 3 days and as second class as I am trying to keep all prices as low as possible for everyone, if there is anything that you want urgently please feel free to contact me.

Some orders may take longer to dispatch depending on the type of order if you have asked for a personalised item it may take 3-5 days to send out, Please feel to contact me with any questions in regards to the length of time personalised items will take on my contact us page

Picture on the left - Classed as a small parcel but for slightly chunkier & heavier items, e.g. tealight holders, baubles etc. for the UK - £3.99

Picture on the Right - the larger items such as multiple glasses, vases or a collection of items that are to be posted altogether, for the UK - £5.99

                      

 

Description of postage rates - if your not sure which area you may be in please contact me I have a list of countries & areas for each section. I have personally named each section for myself, some countries may be out of the area but included in the named brackets United Kingdom - Europe & Republic of Ireland - America & Canada.
